Credit Card Security
We take security of your details very seriously and have taken every precaution to ensure your transaction is secure. All your personal and account details and held on a secure web server When you place your order you will be taken onto a secure server - look for the locked padlock symbol in the status bar of your internet browser.

Price Promise
Here at Baby Care, we strive to provide unrivalled customer service at the best possible price.
We are confident that our prices are amongst the lowest in the country. But if you can find the same item for sale in another shop we will match that price on the spot.
It's this bold stance on pricing which allows us to proudly and honestly claim that we are "Never Knowingly Beaten On Price".
Payment
We accept all the major debit and credit cards : Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta or Visa Electron cards. Please note Switch cards are restricted to a maximum purchase of £100. Until further notice we will not be able to accept American Express. We apologise for any inconvenience.
We also accept cheques and sterling postal orders to the value of your order. Make these payments payable to Baby Care and send them to the appropriate branch. Call us for further details.
VAT
All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at 15%. Your selected delivery destination will determine whether or not VAT is applicable. If VAT is not applicable then this tax will be deducted from your order prior to your card being charged. Your location may render you liable to import, state, local or other taxes: Such taxes are entirely your responsibility. You must include your billing address as it appears on your credit card statement.
Baby Care use an address verification system to ensure correct billing addresses. Orders with incorrect details will not be processed. (Orders received from British Forces serving overseas will be processed if the destination is a BFPO address).
Order Confirmation
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order. Please ensure that you enter your e-mail address on the order form. If we have any queries regarding your order we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Baby Care reserve the right to alter without prior notice any content found within this Web site. The manufacturer reserves the right to make component changes without notification. Although Baby Care attempt to accurately reflect all products displayed, images and specifications may differ from purchased products and should be used as a guide only. Specifications may also differ between countries. Special offers and reduced items are subject to one per customer, and strictly on a first come, first served bases. Shipping and Returns
The Baby Care Returns form can be obtained by clicking on this text and then printing out the page.
New items returned for refund or exchange
There is no need to contact us before you make a return all you need to do is print off and complete a returns form, simple.
- Goods must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
- Goods must be in original packaging.
- Goods must not be fitted or used.
- We will not refund or exchange car seats unless it is a proven fault by the manufacturer, due to car seat safety issues.
- Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form and receipt.
- Return postage is at the customers expense (unless it is our mistake).
- Upgraded postage can not be refunded.
As we offer a freepost service on items, returns are subject to a restocking fee to cover the postage costs of sending the original item, along with the cost of restocking and processing the return.
- 0-5kg £2.00 Fee (small packets etc.)
- 5-15kg £10.00 Fee
This will show on the invoice as restock fee.
New items returned because we have posted you the wrong item.
Believe it or not we do make mistakes on the odd occasion!
If we have sent you a item which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to reimburse your first class postage costs once we have received the returned items.
We will reimburse return postage for items posted in error by standard delivery or recorded delivery only.( Amount must be shown or receipt included.)
For larger items a maximum of £15 can be allowed with proof of delivery cost, alternatively we can arrange for a collection. Call 01709 361061 for details.
Return goods within 14 days.
Goods must be returned with a completed returns form and receipt.
Warranty returns
All goods are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. The duration of most warranties is 1 year from purchase but some manufacturers offer extended warranty.
- Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by abuse or general wear and tear etc.
If you feel you do have a warranty claim before returning any goods please call the order line for a warranty assessment.
- The warranty does not cover return postage.
- For larger items we can arrange collection at a cost of £15.00 which includes the return postage.
- Small items can be sent using royal mail, the return fee after the completed warranty is £2.00
Please enclose a completed returns form and a copy of the receipt. We like happy customers so our aim to deal with all warranty claims quickly.

PLEASE NOTE ALL RETURNS INCLUDING WARRANTY, EXCHANGE AND REFUND MUST BE REPACKAGED SAFELY BEFORE SENDING BACK TO US.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURNED GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
Shipping
We offer three levels of shipping to UK Mainland for most items with the exception of furniture. When an order consists of furniture you will be contacted by a member of staff to arrange delivery and take payment for any additional shipping costs.

- Upgraded (£7.99) 1 to 5 working days (UK Mainland Only)
- Freepost (Free on orders over £49.99) 5 to 7 working days (UK Mainland Only)
OCCASIONALLY ITEMS HAVE TO BE TRANSFERRED FROM OUR BRANCHES, PLEASE ALLOW ONE EXTRA WORKING DAY FOR DELIVERY.
All goods are sent using a recorded service for your security and piece of mind. This service requires a signature so if you are not home you will be left a card and the goods will be held at a local depot or sorting office for 14 days before being returned to ourselves.
We offer a full tracking service for both services. If you have not received the goods after the maximum 5 days please call us ASAP.
For Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Scottish Isles and the Isle of Man please contact us for shipping costs. Currently International orders can not be placed online, please call our order line +44 1709 361061.
Our couriers are TNT and Royal Mail.
Goods out of Stock
Very rarely does this happen but if the good(s) are out of stock and unavailable to order (i.e. sale items) you will be emailed ASAP with possible alternative(s) or the option to cancel the order.
Special Orders
If the good(s) are currently out of stock but can be special ordered you will be emailed ASAP with a delivery time. The order will not be processed until we receive your confirmation via email or telephone to proceed.
Part Orders
If we only have part of the order in stock this will be sent and the rest of the order will follow as the good(s) come into stock unless they are unavailable then you will be emailed within 24 hours of ordering and the good(s) in stock will be despatched.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us ASAP by calling 01709 361061. If the order has been despatched already please use the returns procedure.
